Mr Boucher, who was promoted to partner in the firm’s corporate team last year, specialises in advising both Irish and international clients on M&A transactions involving Irish companies. He has worked in London for almost a decade and has an in-depth knowledge of the market.

Prior to joining MHC, Mr Boucher worked with two US law firms based in London.
