Mason Hayes & Curran appoints Sara O’Reilly as financial services partner
Mason Hayes & Curran LLP has announced the appointment of Sara O’Reilly as a partner in the firm’s financial services team, specialising in investment funds and asset management.
Ms O’Reilly has over 16 years’ experience practising as an investment funds lawyer, both in-house and in private practice. She helps clients navigate the regulatory approval process with the Central Bank of Ireland.
Having worked as head of legal at both an AIFM and a Super ManCo, she has a particular focus on the establishment, regulation and operation of UCITS management companies and AIFMs.
A graduate of UCD, Ms O’Reilly worked in-house at an international investment management company prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran.
