Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has been named Ireland’s best law firm for contentious trade mark matters for the second year in a row.
The firm’s intellectual property team triumphed in the Trade Mark Contentious Firm of the Year - Ireland category at the Managing IP Awards in London.
MHC was also nominated in more categories than any other firm.
Welcoming the award, Gerard Kelly, head of IP at Mason Hayes & Curran, said: “This is a remarkable achievement for the firm and our team.
