Mason Hayes & Curran named best contentious trade mark law firm
Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has been named Ireland’s best law firm for contentious trade mark matters for the second year in a row.
The firm’s intellectual property team triumphed in the Trade Mark Contentious Firm of the Year - Ireland category at the Managing IP Awards in London.
MHC was also nominated in more categories than any other firm.
Welcoming the award, Gerard Kelly, head of IP at Mason Hayes & Curran, said: “This is a remarkable achievement for the firm and our team.
“It highlights the diverse range of work that we do for our clients and underscores our ability to provide exemplary service on high quality IP mandates on both a contentious and non-contentious level.
“We are one of a few law firms that manage all aspects of trade mark work for clients, including trade mark filings. Winning this award for a second year in a row is testament to the fact that we are recognised leaders in dealing with all aspects of our clients’ needs in the trade mark space.”
