Mason Hayes & Curran names new head of New York office

Dublin-based Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has appointed David Mangan as lead partner in the firm’s New York office.

Mr Mangan is a partner in the firm’s corporate and capital markets teams and specialises in the areas of company law and securities law.

He advises listed and unlisted corporate clients on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, share buybacks, reorganisations, cross-border mergers and financing.

David O’Donnell, MHC’s head of corporate, said: “This appointment further strengthens our international reach and experience.

“It will enable us to work closer with clients to make a valuable and practical contribution to their businesses.”
