Mason Hayes & Curran promotes Nicola Byrne to real estate partner
Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the promotion of Nicola Byrne from senior associate to partner in the firm’s real estate team.
Ms Byrne advises both public and private clients in relation to acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management of commercial property across various sectors. She has a strong focus on public sector real estate and advises many State agencies on property projects of strategic national importance.
Ms Byrne has specialist expertise in the bespoke nature of such property transactions and in advising on the legal and regulatory rules and codes which apply to public bodies, a wealth of experience in landlord and tenant law, has acted for developers in relation to multi-unit mixed-use and business park developments involving complex estate management structures, and has considerable experience in buying and selling substantial distressed real estate portfolios.
