Matheson has advised a UK-based private equity fund on its acquisition of an Irish logistics business.

STAR Capital Partners has acquired GSLS from its majority owner, Carlyle Cardinal Ireland.

GSLS provides business critical secure logistics services to Irish banks, other financial institutions, and customers in the retail and hospitality sector, with offices in Dublin and Limerick and more than 200 employees.
