Matheson partner Helen Kelly, head of the firm’s EU, competition and regulatory law group, has been named one of the world’s top 100 lawyers by Global Competition Review.

Ms Kelly was the only Irish practising lawyer recognised by the GCR in its Women in Antitrust 2016 publication.

She has expertise in EU and Irish merger control advising on Phase I and Phase II investigations as well as advising on a range of competition issues including dominance and cartels, State aid and public procurement.
