Sharon Daly, head of the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team at Matheson, spoke at a litigation funding and insurance seminar this morning.

The seminar was organised by Irish Conferences and took place in Chartered Accountants House, Pearse Street.

Ms Daly, who spoke alongside an expert panel, discussed topics like After The Event (ATE) insurance, barriers to third party funding in Ireland and how litigation funding works.

She is based in Matheson’s Dublin office and experienced in large scale disputes for companies which are litigated in the Commercial Court and a strong advocate of alternative dispute resolution.
