The ITR’s European Awards are widely recognised as one of the benchmarks for excellence in the field of international tax advice.

Matheson remains the only Irish law firm to have been named the National Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year by the International Tax Review.

The firm has the largest tax team of any Irish law firm and is the only Irish law firm with partner-level tax expertise on both coasts of the United States, with offices in New York, Palo Alto and San Francisco.

The group advised over the last year on a number of successfully completed public and private M&A deals, restructurings and loan-origination transactions.
