Matthew Cahill joins William Fry as head of structured finance and debt capital markets

William Fry has announced the appointment of Matthew Cahill as head of structured finance and debt capital markets.
The appointment marks Mr Cahill’s return to Ireland after over two decades of practice in Japan, the Middle East and the UK.
A graduate of University College Cork, he qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 1991 and in England and Wales in 1992, going on to serve as a partner at firms including Clifford Chance, Sidley Austin and gunnercooke.
A spokesperson for William Fry said the firm “is delighted to welcome Matthew to the team and is looking forward to the value he will deliver to our many clients who require expert advice in this complex area”.
