McCann FitzGerald expands New York office

McCann FitzGerald has announced plans to increase its investment and expand its reach in the US market with the appointment of senior associate Richard Gill to its New York office.

Mr Gill is a senior associate in the firm’s aviation and asset finance group and acts for operating lessors and financiers in the aviation industry.

He advises clients on a wide variety of aviation and asset finance matters, including cross border aircraft portfolio financings, export credit agency backed financings, aircraft sale and leaseback transactions, capital market transactions (including aircraft securitisations) and debt restructurings.

He also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating aircraft leasing, servicing, financing and security agreements, as well as advising clients in connection with the acquisition and disposal of operating leasing companies.
