Established in 2005, the Lexology Client Choice awards recognise law firms and partners around the world that stand out for excellence in client care and quality of service. This year’s awards received over 2,500 nominations, with law firms and partners only being nominated by corporate counsel.

Ms O’Beirne was recognised for her exemplary work in litigation in Ireland, where she has practised for over 25 years in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She is a key adviser to both international and domestic clients on patent litigation and other intellectual property disputes. She also specialises in large-scale commercial litigation, with a focus on complex international, regulatory and banking disputes.

Mr Kelly was recognised for his work in the construction sector in Ireland. As head of McCann FitzGerald’s Construction Group, he advises a range of public and private sector clients in relation to contract structures and drafting, contract administration and disputes and entitlements, including at court, mediation, arbitration, adjudication and conciliation.
