Seán Barton

Dispute resolution partner Séan Barton, who has been with the firm for nearly 30 years, was also recognised as Dispute Resolution Layer of the Year.

Mr Barton has advised on many substantial domestic and international commercial disputes, and has also been involved in several expert groups on legal and procedural reform, including on reviewing the implementation of EU measures in Irish court practice.
