McCartan Turkington Breen raises over £8k for cancer charity
Belfast firm McCartan Turkington Breen Solicitors raised over £8,000 for Hope House Ireland in 2024.
The charity provides free accommodation to cancer patients and their carers at any time during or on completion of their treatment, for a short time of quiet rest and recuperation.
“We are proud to have supported Hope House by fundraising, organising events and advocating for the important work that this vital charity carries out,” the law firm said.
“Fundraising events included Our Treasure Hunt Challenge and the Lisburn Half Marathon.
“We also arranged many fun events such as bake sales and raffles for our team of lawyers and support staff to enjoy whilst supporting a good cause.”
The firm’s previous charity partners include NI Hospice, Action Mental Health, AgeNI and Addiction NI.
“We are grateful to our clients, our team and their families for helping us fundraise,” it said.
