Sinead Creighan

Ms Creighan brings over 20 years’ experience, having worked as a senior associate in a niche cross-border commercial law firm before becoming a director in a prominent corporate/commercial firm in Belfast.

She is a tri-qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and England and Wales, with extensive experience in various aspects of property law from industrial, commercial and residential conveyancing to commercial leases, probate and licensing. 

She has successfully handled many large-scale industrial acquisitions, commercial and residential estates, extensive property portfolio refinances and restructures and highly complex cross-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary transactions.

Ms Creighan also has a proven track record in acting for high-net worth clients on major commercial acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and financing, both north and south of the border.

She has advised in both large-scale housing developments and the more bespoke smaller developments to include purchase of the site, planning stages and right through to the sale of final housing units.

Ms Creighan has worked with all sizes of companies and has particular experience in haulage, wholesale and other business providers establishing bases and distribution networks across the island of Ireland.
