Ms Holmes was promoted on her return from maternity leave last month.

She has substantial experience in residential sales and purchases, right to buy, remortgages, transfer of equity, and help to buy schemes. She has excellent relationships with local estate agents and mortgage brokers and has represented developers in the sale of new build plots.

Ms Holmes is also adept in handling wills, enduring powers of attorney and the administration of estates.
