Michael Hegarty joins Reddy Charlton Solicitors
Dublin firm Reddy Charlton Solicitors has announced the appointment of Michael Hegarty as a principal consultant.
Mr Hegarty previously served as managing partner of another firm for 30 years.
Involved in several landmark cases in the High Court and the Supreme Court, he regularly acts as advocate before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court.
He has acted for the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors (AGSI) for over 20 years and, in that time, has gained a unique insight the law and practicalities of professional discipline.
Mr Hegaarty has acted in a number of high-profile, demanding Tribunals, including the Morris Tribunal and the Beef Tribunal.
He also played a significant part in establishing the Commission of Investigation into Leas Cross Nursing Home and in drafting the Commission’s terms of reference.
