NI: Mills Selig announces three solicitor appointments
Commercial law firm Mills Selig has announced the appointment of solicitors Aine McGillie, John Tougher and Sara McGaughey.
The Belfast-based firm said their recruitment “enforces the firm’s continued growth and expansion of their specialist practice areas”.
Ms McGillie boosts the firm’s first banking team, while Mr Tougher joins property and Ms McGaughey joins the property and energy teams.
Ms McGillie has considerable experience in all areas of banking matters and has worked on a substantial number of projects dealing with LMA documentation. She is dual qualified for NI and England and Wales.
Mr Tougher specialises in commercial property matters including landlord and tenant law, property development and regeneration. He also acts for a wide range of commercial and institutional clients (including major UK pension funds) as well as private investors in NI.
Ms McGaughey brings significant experience in all aspects of commercial property work, particularly in the field of telecommunications. She also acts for private individuals and developers in relation to residential property matters.
As part of the energy team, Ms McGaughey also advises clients in the property aspects and due diligence surrounding the acquisition and disposal of wind farms.
