Mr Houliston brings a wealth of experience and expertise in corporate and commercial banking, real estate finance, social housing finance, as well as clean energy and renewables finance.

He has experience advising both lenders and borrowers, including commercial and investment banks, funds, corporates, developers and sponsors in a wide range of finance matters.

He also has an international background which the firm said positions him to navigate the complexities of cross-border transactions.
