NI: MKB Law appoints family solicitor Aoife McCann
Belfast-based MKB Law has announced the appointment of Aoife McCann as a solicitor in its family law team.
A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast and the IPLS, Ms McCann undertakes cases such as divorce and separation, domestic violence, children’s contact and adoption, public law Care Orders and financial settlements.
She deals with contentious and complex issues before the court and offers a wide range of advices to clients in vulnerable and sensitive situations. She represents clients in both public and private law proceedings, child abduction and relocation cases. She also represents clients in relation to residence and contact issues.
