Mr McIlveen will be dealing exclusively with debt recovery and collection matters.

Writing on the MKB Law website, Mr McIlveen said: “I have accumulated over 30 years of commercial litigation experience, and was admitted as a member to the Institute of Credit Management in December 2002.

“I have also sat on the panel of the Enforcement of Judgments Users Forum – this forum takes a proactive approach towards the development of best practice in all aspects of debt management.

He added: “Away from the office, I enjoy soccer coaching and refereeing, and also have plans to publish my first novel in the near future.”
