Ms Henderson, who is retained to act exclusively for the seller – one of Northern Ireland’s most prominent commercial property investors – oversaw the sale of the commercial property portfolio which was fully let to Ladbrokes Bookmakers, one of the market leaders in retail bookmaking in the UK and Ireland.

With 29 freehold and long leasehold premises included within the bookmaking portfolio, the multi million pound deal represents one of the largest commercial property transactions of 2022.
