Joanne Moore

Ms Moore undertakes work for private clients and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Her experience includes new build purchases, co-ownership transactions, purchases under the right-to-buy scheme, transfers of equity, remortgages, and matrimonial sales/transfers.

She has advised on complicated issues in relation to management companies and apartment developments. She also has a comprehensive knowledge of Land Registry and Registry of Deeds titles, particularly identifying and resolving title defects.
