Mr Justice Nial Fennelly hails judicial legacy of Mr Justice Adrian Hardiman

Mr Justice Nial Fennelly delivered UCD Sutherland School of Law’s annual Walsh Lecture on the judicial legacy of the late Mr Justice Adrian Hardiman.

Mr Justice Fennelly sought to distil the basic principles that underlay the judgments of his late colleague on the Supreme Court, Mr Justice Hardiman, over his sixteen years as a judge.
