Solicitor Annie Egan has been appointed as a Partner in the Conveyancing, Commercial and Probate Department at O’Mara Geraghty McCourt Solicitors.

Annie Egan is a property, probate and commercial solicitor who has extensive experience in the areas of Conveyancing, Estate Planning & Probate and Commercial matters. She joined the practice in July 2019 having previously advised private and corporate clients in a mid-tier commercial property firm.

Her experience includes advising private and corporate clients in the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial property, commercial leasing and administration of estates.

Annie works with our corporate clients in the review of commercial contracts, licenses, Service Level Agreements and has acted for many companies in applications to the District Court and High Court.

Lily Cantillon has joined from a top-tier law firm where she gained invaluable experience in property and taxation, areas which she is keen to develop further. Lily will be working with Annie to service private clients.
