Orla Hubbard and Miah Phelan Sweeny

Founded in 2019, the professional services network is dedicated to promoting and fostering the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals and allies in the legal sector in Ireland.

Ms Hubbarb is an associate at Pinsent Masons in Dublin, specialising in financial regulation, regulatory risks and investigations. 

Ms Sweeny is a solicitor in the commercial transactions and advisory group at A&L Goodbody.

The pair will serve as co-chairs of the network for a two-year term.

Outgoing co-chairs Peter Brennan and Tony Ross wished the new team the best of luck, noting “their track record of striving to ensure respect and dignity for LGBT+ people and allies in the workplace”.
