New corporate partner at Mason Hayes & Curran

Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the appointment of Ciaran Healy as a partner in its Corporate team in Dublin.

Mr Healy works closely with Irish and multinational public and private companies on a broad spectrum of corporate matters. He specialises in providing advice on private M&A transactions and public takeovers.

Mr Healey joined Mason Hayes & Curran as a senior associate in 2015, having previously practised with Clifford Chance in London and with another established Irish law firm. He was also seconded to a large Fortune 500 international healthcare company in 2011.

The extensive Irish and international market experience he has gained from his past in other Irish and English firms allows him to advise on a wealth of areas such as; equity capital markets transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, complex restructurings, negotiating commercial contracts and general corporate governance and advisory matters.
