New journal on tort law now available

The first issue of a new journal designed for solicitors and barristers practising in personal injury litigation has been published.
The Tort Law and Litigation Review published by Clarus Press is also intended to provide an effective research tool for academics and students working within the field of tort law.
The first issue features Dr Val Corbett on recent developments in damages awards, Professor William Binchy on recent judicial developments on occupiers’ liability, and Professor Neville Cox on recent developments in Irish defamation law.
It also contains case notes on Walsh v Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd IESC 38 and Persona Digital Telephony Limited & Sigma Wireless Networks Limited and The Minister for Public Enterprise, Ireland and the Attorney General, and, by order, Denis O’Brien and Michael Lowry IESC 27.
