New partner and of counsel at Dentons
Global law firm Dentons has announced a double appointment to its Dublin office, with Ciara FitzGerald joining as a disputes partner and Lesley Caplin joining as of counsel.
Ms FitzGerald is the ninth partner appointed to the office this year, joining Colm OhUiginn, David McGuinness, Michael McDonald, Ciaran O’Boyle, Karyn Harty, Siobhan Carlin, Matthew Cahill and Niamh Keogh.
Joining the firm from McCann FitzGerald, she brings a broad range of expertise in complex commercial disputes and administrative law. She has significant experience in fraud and asset recovery and multi-jurisdictional disputes, as well as property litigation and banking disputes and regulation.
Ms Caplin also joins from McCann FitzGerald. She is a commercial litigator and an expert media defence practitioner with many years’ experience of managing civil jury actions where she has been involved in some seminal cases, and advisory work for media clients.
