NI: New solicitors receive awards in recognition of studies
A group of newly-admitted solicitors have received awards in recognition of their excellence in their studies.
Eileen Ewing, president of the Law Society of Northern Ireland, presented the awards at the recent admissions ceremony.
Carmel Teresa Doherty (pictured above) received the Thomasena McKinney Prize as the top solicitor pupil in her year.
Meanwhile, awards were presented to Robyn Butler for excellence in the Professional Conduct Course and Jonathan David Scullion for excellence in the Professional Conduct Course (pictured above).
The final award was presented to Clare Holmes (pictured above) for excellence in the Solicitors Accounts Course 2018.
