The award-winning social enterprise supports people with autism, hidden disabilities and neurodiverse conditions into jobs with a future.

It offers a range of solutions to businesses including the JAM Card for Business, runs Loaf Cafés and catering across Belfast and Dublin, delivers recruitment and supports employment placements in a variety of industries, and provides a social impact measurement tool.

Law Society president Colin Mitchell said: “The Law Society of Northern Ireland is delighted to have chosen the NOW Group as its charity of the year. We look forward to working with them to raise awareness and funds in support of the excellent work which they undertake.”

Maeve Monaghan, chief executive of NOW Group, said: “We are delighted that the Law Society of Northern Ireland have chosen NOW Group to be their charity of the year 2025.

“As a social enterprise, we are dedicated to championing diversity and equality for all, however, we can’t achieve this alone. Collaborating with legal firms to promote inclusivity for both their staff and their clients is our goal.

“We are thrilled to have the Law Society and its members join us on this important journey.”
