O’Flynn Exhams Solicitors recently hosted a seminar on examinership for SMEs in conjunction with Deloitte Ireland.

Conor Lupton, partner at O’Flynn Exhams, and Andrew Byrne, director at Deloitte Ireland, were among speakers at the Cork event.

They outlined what examinership entails, the warning signs for companies, and the benefits of examinership for SMEs.
