Ogier welcomes new funds partner Jennifer Dobbyn
Investment funds specialist Jennifer Dobbyn has joined Ogier as a partner.
Ms Dobbyn advises asset managers, investment firms and financial institutions on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of Irish domiciled investment vehicles across a broad range of assets classes and investment strategies.
She has extensive experience advising on all types of AIFs and UCITS, including funds of funds, master feeders, loan origination and managed account platforms across a range of structures (including ICAVs, PLCs, unit trusts. CCFs and ILPs).
She has particular expertise in the areas of sustainable finance and ESG, advising on sustainable finance disclosure requirements (SFDR) and related matters as part of compliance with the EU’s Sustainable Finance Action Plan.
Commenting on the appointment, Ireland practice partner John Hogan said: “Jennifer has considerable experience helping clients to navigate the funds and regulatory landscape in Ireland.

Ms Dobbyn is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and previously worked in another international law firm in Dublin for more than 11 years.
She will work alongside Irish funds partner Oisin McClenaghan and collaborate with Ogier’s global team to support a range of domestic and international clients.
