The lunch event in the Crowne Plaza Belfast welcomed guests to an afternoon packed with spectacular entertainment, great food and drink, inspirational speeches to raise awareness for the promotion of Gaelic games in Antrim.
This year’s guest speaker was Tyrone GAA legend and current Sky Sports analyst Peter Canavan.
Mr Canavan is a former Irish Gaelic football player, manager and pundit for Tyrone, and was named one of the 125 most influential people in GAA history by Sunday Tribune in 2009. He was joined by Antrim GAA chairman Ciarán McCavana at the event.
Guests were treated to a variety of entertainment which included live music from Runabay, dancing from The Maginn School of Irish Dancing, a raffle and a charity auction with prizes including tickets to see the All Ireland Hurling and Football Senior finals and corporate tickets for the Open at Royal Portrush in July.

The Saffron Business Forum goes from strength to strength giving individuals and businesses a great network and networking opportunities all the while promoting sport and culture.”
