Mr Neary is an experienced commercial real estate solicitor and has a proven track record in advising on every aspect of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial, hospitality and leisure, multi-family, student housing, affordable housing, data centre, leasing transaction, healthcare and real estate investment finance.

Prior to joining Philip Lee, Mr Neary was a partner in the Dublin office of an international law firm. His clients included institutions, alternative funders, private investors, developers, asset managers, retailers, banks and private equity.

With over 17 years’ experience in property law, he will join the award-winning property group, headed by partner John O’Donoghue and w­orking alongside fellow partners Eimear Fitzgibbon, Tom Conway and Thomas O’Malley.
