Philip Lee appoints Gerard Byrne as dispute resolution and litigation partner
Corporate law firm Philip Lee has announced the appointment of Gerald Byrne as a partner in its dispute resolution and litigation practice.
Mr Byrne, who previously worked in the London office of a global law firm, has experience dealing with large-scale, complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes in the areas of commercial and financial services litigation.
He has worked on a variety of litigation, regulatory and arbitration matters in Ireland and internationally. He also has broad experience in construction and defamation disputes.
