With wide ranging transactional experience across various sectors, Ms Cullen represents clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraisings, AIM admissions and placings, Takeover Code issues, corporate recovery/insolvency and development finance transactions.

Dual-qualified to practise as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales, Ms Cullen joined Philip Lee as a result of the firm’s merger with McEvoy Corporate Law in 2020.
