The firm, which employs almost 160 people in Dublin, was previously based on Wilton Terrace and is now located at Connaught House, One Burlington Road, Dublin 4.

The lease deal was the largest such agreement negotiated in the Irish commercial property market in the second quarter of 2021.

Philip Lee said the new office is “a larger space that will accommodate our growing headcount both now and into the future and will provide enhanced reception and meeting facilities for use by our clients”.
