Pinsent Masons hires Lisa Carty to lead litigation regulatory and tax team
Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired litigation lawyer Lisa Carty as a partner to lead its litigation regulatory and tax offering in Dublin.
Ms Carty has over 20 years’ experience advising on a wide range of commercial cases, including contractual disputes, investment disputes, professional negligence and judicial reviews against public bodies.
She regularly advises on regulatory matters and has a particular focus on the financial services sector, advising financial institutions and individuals subject to Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) investigations. She is a former Chair of the Litigation Committee of the Law Society of Ireland.
Ms Carty joins Pinsent Masons joins from William Fry, where she had been a partner since 2011.
