Pinsents recruits corporate partner Paul White in Dublin
Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed Paul White as a corporate partner in Dublin.
Mr White joins from William Fry, whose US offices he previously headed while based in San Francisco.
He has extensive experience advising international and Irish corporates on M&A, European expansion and investment. He also has significant in-market expertise, having worked in London, Dublin and San Francisco supporting cross border M&A and domestic Irish M&A mandates.
Mr White’s appointment is the second lateral hire to Pinsents’ corporate team in Dublin this month, following Robert Dever joining the firm at the start of February to lead and develop its tax law practice in Ireland.
Ann Lalor, head of Pinsent Masons’ Dublin office, said: “I am very pleased to welcome Paul to our thriving corporate practice in Dublin.
“His stellar reputation as a skilled corporate lawyer coupled with his international expertise complements our offering to clients in the Irish market and throughout our global network.”
Mr White added: “I am looking forward to joining Pinsent Masons and becoming part of its accomplished corporate team in Ireland.
“The firm’s network throughout Europe and Asia-Pacific offers an excellent platform in which to grow relationships with clients on an international scale.”
