PJ O’Driscoll
West Cork solicitor PJ O’Driscoll, partner in PJ O’Driscolls in Bandon, has passed away at 58.
Mr O’Driscoll joined the firm, which was founded by his grandfather in 1899, in 1983 and has been a partner there since 1986.
He specialised in farm and business transfers and sales, commercial and residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant disputes, capital taxes, tax planning and estate planning.
The Co Cork firm has announced that its doors will be closed until Thursday 1 June in a mark of respect to Mr O’Driscoll and his family.
His father, Edward O’Driscoll, was a partner at the firm until his retirement in 2013. His sister, Maeve O’Driscoll, remains a partner.
