Professor David Ormerod QC’s lecture on the evolution of the law surrounding the doctrine of joint enterprise has been published online.

The respected legal figure was invited to deliver the annual MacDermott Lecture by QUB School of Law on Tuesday.

The School of Law’s MacDermott Lecture is given every year in commemoration of Lord MacDermott, the former Attorney General and Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.

Professor Ormerod is a law commissioner for England and Wales, professor of criminal justice at University College London, and a barrister and bencher of Middle Temple.
