The Cork-headquartered firm said the appointment “will support the firm’s growth and expansion in Dublin and comes on the back of an increased demand for our services in the Dublin region”.

Ms Cafferky has worked at other leading law firms and has gained considerable experience in transactional work.

Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganisations, cross-border mergers, private equity fundraising and investments as well as post-acquisition integration projects.

She has also handled high-level advisory mandates for Irish and international clients.
