Mr Martin remains a partner at RDJ, which he led from 2012 to 2022, during which time the firm expanded from its bases in Cork and Galway into Dublin and now employs 270 people.

He returned to full-time practice as a commercial litigator in October 2022 following the completion of his terms as managing partner.

In addition to his busy legal practice, he is also a director of the internationally-acclaimed Glucksman Gallery and chairman of the Johnson & Perrott Motor Group, as well as honorary consul for Belgium for parts of Munster and Leinster.
