Robbie O'Driscoll

Mr O’Driscoll, a partner in the firm’s finance group, is relocating from Dublin to London to take on the leadership role. He succeeds Stephen Carson, who returns to the Dublin office after leading the London office for five years.

Having previously worked for a London-based law firm, Mr O’Driscoll already has a close network in London and will work with ALG’s clients who have an international focus.

He advises on a broad range of complex finance transactions and has particular expertise in acquisition finance, real estate, development finance, funds finance and corporate lending.

Mr Carson will “continue his close connection to clients and peers in London” while working with the Dublin asset management and investment funds team, the firm said.
