Boyle-based Roe Solicitors has relocated to the Spool Factory Office Suites and Rooms on St Patrick Street.
The boutique Co Roscommon law firm, led by principal Gordon Roe, specialises in the areas of conveyancing, wills and probate.
In a statement about the move, the firm said: “This state-of-the-art facility enhances our ability to serve our clients with efficiency, professionalism, and innovation.
“This move isn’t just about a new space, it’s about reaffirming our dedication to the community and ensuring we continue to provide the highest standard of service.”
Mr Roe founded the firm after training with Mason Hayes & Curran and spending a number of years in practice with Holmes Solicitors and McCann FitzGerald.
A graduate of the University of Limerick, he is a qualified tax advisor with the Irish Tax Institute as well as a qualified solicitor.
He has strong historic business links with the town of Boyle, as his grandfather Alfie, along with Alfie’s brother Bobby, ran a successful car sales business on Elphin Street many years ago.
Mr Roe is joined in the practice by Amelia Keating, who trained with the firm after time spent working with MHP Sellors, ByrneWallace and Kennedys.
She advises on a wide range of property matters including the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial property. She also acts for clients in relation to the preparation of wills and the administration of estates.
“We believe that our big law experience puts us in a fantastic position to provide our clients with high end legal advices at affordable prices,” Mr Roe said.
“Many of our clients are with us ‘for life’ which we feel highlights the true value of our highly personal approach, the individual care and the exceptional service we provide, something that you may not always get from the larger high street or corporate law firms.
“Our clients are the life-blood of our business and we aim not just to satisfy them but to exceed their expectations.”
