Róisín Culligan

Ms Culligan, who is dual-qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales, was previously an associate in William Fry’s technology group.

She specialises in technology law and regulatory compliance, advising clients on emerging tech regulations, data privacy and commercial transactions.

In her new role, she will work with fast-growing startups and established technology companies to navigate complex legal frameworks.

She has a particular focus on AI governance, complex outsourcings, technology contracts and digital platform compliance with the EU’s new technology regulations.

Ms Culligan is a graduate of University College Dublin, where she studied business and law.
