Ronan Daly Jermyn has advised an Irish wine importer on its acquisition by a multinational wholesaler.
Classic Drinks, founded in 2004, has been acquired by food service distributed Pallas Food, part of global distribution company Sysco Corporation.
The deal team was led by corporate partner Diarmaid Gavin, who was assisted by associate Eoghan Doolan.
Real estate partner John Dwyer provided advice on property-related matters.
Following the acquisition, Classic Drinks will continue to be run by its current management and will operate as an independent business within Pallas.
