Ronan Daly Jermyn has advised Goethe-Institut Irland on the recent redevelopment of its cultural centre at Merrion Square.
Construction partner Finola McCarthy led the team advising on the construction contract for the extensive renovation and remodelling of the Samuel Sproule-designed 1787 house and the building of a new 1,100㎡ mews behind it.
Ms McCarthy met Michelle Müntefering, minister of state at Germany’s Federal Foreign Office, and Dr Jan-Bertram Hillig of German law firm Bodenheimer Herzberg at the official opening of the new development.
