Ronan Daly Jermyn appoints banking and finance partner Brian Quinn
Ronan Daly Jermyn has announced the appointment of Brian Quinn as a partner in its banking and finance department.
Mr Quinn has almost a decade of experience advising Irish and international financial institutions and borrowers in relation to a large range of domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions.
Having previously worked at another top tier law firm, he has worked with clients on matters ranging from leveraged acquisition finance to development finance, debt restructuring, senior and mezzanine financing and capital markets transactions.
Mr Quinn also spent a number of years working in the leveraged finance team of the London office of a leading US law firm.
